Microwave Problems

What problems, if any, might I encounter by setting up a tv near a microwave oven?

I intend to place the tv on a shelf just above the microwave on a bakers rack.

1. nothing! unless your microwave is leaking radiation, then throw it out
2. Well, we don't have cable, we just rely on our bunny ears to get broadcast channels. And, when we run the microwave (it's in kitchen, about 5 or 6 feet away), it affects the reception, little lines show up and it's fuzzy. But, if you have cable, you should have no issues.
3. No problems with the microwave emissions. You might have fluctuations in the picture while the microwave is working if they are plugged into the same circuit.
