Microwave Problems

Microwave problems, help ASAP. 10 points!?

My microwave suddenly stopped working as I was heating up a glass of milk last night. I'm more than 100% sure it wasn't the breaker and i didn't have any metal objects in the cup at this time. My microwave hasn't been working since. What could have cause this to happen? thank you.

1. it may have shorted out, you might have to get a new one, or find somebody who can try to fix it
