Microwave Problems

Microwave problem to be solved?

The turntable turns when the microwave is off.... but only when the door is opened. Open the door, it turns, close the door, it stops. Turns when it is in use as it is supposed to. Any ideas? Extra note.... it is not a freestanding microwave. It is a microwave and oven in the wall.

1. Unplug it. Turn it upside down. Lightly tap the bottom. Turn over. Plug in. Open the door. If still turns I'd buy a new one.
2. The interlock reversing relay has gone bad.If you are handy you can repair this yourself, after removing from wall, remove the sheet metal housing, there should be a wiring schematic on the sheet metal, the relay is in the the door safety interlock circuit. Parts should only be under $15. If you are not comfortable with doing this, an appliance repair shop shouldn't charge too much.
