Microwave Problems

The over the range microwave I purchased is too large. How do I measure to make sure it will fit correctly?

1. I'm just going to guess.......but you should be between 293/4 and 30''. Other than that without seeing it , I really shouldn't guess. Try and find an old carpenter in your neighborhood and ask him over for a cup of coffee and tell him to bring his ruler.lol Good luck!!!
2. Every one I've ever seen has a wall bracket that supports the microwave and bolts that come down from the cabinet and screw into the top of the micro. If the wall bracket won't fit in the opening, neither will the microwave. Take it back or move your cabinet over. (Now you know. Measure before you buy).
