I eat so many spicy and hot in temperature foods that my taste buds have been kinda de-sensitized to heat on foods, so when i am eating a meal i will sometimes stop and re heat the fish, chicken or meat throughout the meal in the microwave so its sizzling hot again. I sometimes re heat the meals I have 1 or 2 times throughout the process of eating it because if my meal is not super sizzling hot ( temperaturewise) i cannot enjoy it which sometimes causes the meat, fish, or poultry to get overcooked. Is it harmful or unhealthy at all to reheat meals to the point of sizzling hotness multiple times?.. if so i would like to know please and ty :)
