Microwave Problems

kenmore elite microwave 88522 clock problems?

Ok so we just got a Kenmore Elite microwave model 88522 and we tried to program the clock. It works at first, but resets itself after we open the door. How to fix this problem and/or what to do to stop it from happening again?

1. What do you do? My clock sets like this: I touch <CLOCK> put in the time I touch <CLOCK> again and that is it. Do you touch clock after you set time?
