Microwave Problems

Why will my brand new EM-S2297V/BK Sanyo Microwave not heat up or turn the inside glass plate?

This brand new microwave will count down from the time set, but it will not turn the inside glass plate or heat the food up inside. Can anybody help me please? It would be really appreciated.

1. Return it for a replacement.
2. Hit the 'cook' buttonor the 'start' button, not the timer button.
3. Lauren, you either aren't setting it right or there is a Fault, make sure its to Start and not Timer.
